Cycle distribution to Tribal Students from Lions Club

Thane : On the Occasion of Teacher's day, Lions club of Thane West distributed 35 cycles to the school children of Bhatsa near Shahapur.These Adivasi Children need to walk 8 to10 km one-way daily to attend school.

It was observed that many of the housing societies unused Cycles are laying and collecting dust. So Lions club took this initiative and collected Cycles from residents and distribute to these Adivasi children.

Lions Club has appealed to residents to donate their un utilized Cycles.
